$1,200.00 for 8 hours of coordinating

Every additional hour added is $95.00 an hour. 

$900.00 for 6 hours of coordinating

Every additional hour added is $120.00 an hour. 

Our package is for the couple who has completed their planning

(or plans to do so) and is looking for a

Wedding Day Coordinator to execute their vision.

This package will allow our couples to relax and be a guest

at their own wedding!      

Additional Services:                   

  • Cake Cutting (does not include serving to tables) - $75.00

Travel Fee - A $115.00 travel fee will apply if the venue/ceremony located outside of Bexar County.

60 - 80       miles outside of Bexar County $150

80 - 100     miles outside of Bexar County $200

100 - 150   miles outside of Bexar County $300


What is included in our Day of Coordination Package?

| Wedding Coordination - begins: 3 months out |      

  • 2-3 meetings – 3 months prior to your wedding. We want to learn your wedding vision inside and out!  One of these meetings can be a venue visit!

  • Unlimited contact via email from the time of contract. Any phone meetings need to be pre-scheduled   

  • Monthly email check-ins to ensure discussed details are going as planned.   

  • Assist in a timeline creation of wedding day details and distributed to vendors. 

  • Vendor management – we will coordinate with all contracted wedding vendors and confirm their arrival times at least 1 week or more prior to the wedding. 

  • Direct & coordinate rehearsal as well as grand entrance 

| The Day of Your Wedding |  

  • 2 Professional Day of Wedding Coordinators onsite for wedding day management 

  • set up your personal decor if needed! 

  • Greet your vendors and be the point of contact as well - this way no one is bothering you with questions or concerns!

  • We coordinate with the DJ and give cues for your specific music! 

  • (Timing is everything!) 

  • We make sure everyone stays on time and on track! 

  • Distribute bouquets & pins corsages to bridal party, attendants & family members. 

  • Line up your family and bridal party for the ceremony! 

  • Get the beautiful bride down the aisle! 

  • Oversee your reception making sure it flows smoothly while you are taking photos with family and bridal party

  • coordinate all the important events that take place during the reception! (First dances, prayer, speeches, cake cutting, bouquet & garter toss) And of course your grand exit!
