We offer a variety of services when providing day of coordinating. Depending on what the bride and groom are looking for, we tailor our services specifically to their needs. We charge $950.00 for 8 hours of coordinating. Every additional hour added is $95.00 an hour. 

Prior to the Wedding Day:

  • Meet to discuss all details of your wedding

    • This includes 3 meetings prior to your wedding

    • One walk through of the venue

    • meetings & Venue visit must be scheduled in advance 

  • We will discuss how you want your wedding to flow

  • Help create detailed timeline for the wedding day

  • Contact vendors the week of your wedding to confirm arrival times and any last minute details

  • Coordinate your wedding rehearsal

Travel Fee - A $75.00 travel fee will be applied to the ending total amount based on the venue/ceremony located outside of Bexar County. There is a $150.00 travel fee for any venue/church over 200 miles from our residence.  

On the Wedding Day:

  • (2) Coordinators on site for 8 hours. 

  • Act as point of contact to all vendors

  • Coordinate and assist with set-up and decorating

  • Setup table décor, center pieces

  • Set/hand out programs 

  • Ensure Ceremony/Reception is ready and decorated

  • Assist guests and wedding party as needed

  • Pin boutonnieres and corsages

  • Prior to ceremony, line up wedding for procession

  • Direct ceremonial processionals and recessionals

  • Coordinate the grand entrance

  • Coordinate timeline to ensure times are met

  • Checking details throughout the Venue

  • Check floor plans, lighting levels, cake placement, etc.
